Nowadays there is, worldwide, nearly no new banknote issued without micro
printing. Encouraged by the success of the micro printing in the banking
sector, this method was also introduced to cheques and credit cards.
Producers of credit and similar cards tend more and more often to include
micro printing into their product in order to protect it against forgery, too.
Micro lettering
Under a magnifying glass, tiny writings can be seen on some parts of the banknote.
These are found on the front and reverse sides of all the banknotes. The smallest print on a genuine banknote should be sharp and not blurred.
